I worked at NPC International
Pros – Salary , bonus. Timeliness of bonuses. Business information - P&Ls, daily stats.
Cons – No work - life balance. Very micromanaged. Someone always looking over your shoulder.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit talking about teaching because you aren't allowed to teach because if time restraints.
