I have been working at NPD full-time

    Pros

Decent starting salary, and you can get promoted at early stages quickly.

    Cons

Once you've hit specialist level there's not much vertical movement unless someone leaves. Huge turnover rate for younger employees and there has been a recent surge of employees from the same alma mater which makes it seem clique-y.

I have been working at NPD

    Pros

NPD is a privately held company with an owner that truly cares about his employees.

    Cons

There are many long service employees at NPD who have never worked any where else and are out of touch with reality in the workplace.
