Pros

Cons

No part time benefits Uninformative on management

Advice to Management

should inform former employees of more what is all going on instead of expecting everyone to know everything going on in the management section when not told anything.

    Pros

Great benefits Strong mission Very commited and engaged workforce Convenient location for commuting Telework option Pension plan and a 401(k)

    Cons

Very limited business casual Management is inconsistent - even within the same department Lack of trust in employees by some members of senior management In the midst of transition as CEO has announced his retirement in 2013

    Advice to Management

Have more respect for your strong performers who are assets to the Association; treat them better than simple job grade numbers that equate to a cubicle size
