Current Employee – been working at NRECA part-time for more than a year
Pros – friendly
mostly people with degrees are hired
Cons – No part time benefits
Uninformative on management
Advice to Senior Management – should inform former employees of more what is all going on instead of expecting everyone to know everything going on in the management section when not told anything.
