    I worked at NTN Bearing full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Shift differential They provide uniforms after 2 months Cons: Supervisor never even introduced himself They keep throwing you all over the place without actually training you Nobody knows whats going on, including the management Only… Advice to Senior Management: If you cared more about your employees maybe they would… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    I have been working at NTN Bearing full-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: I really like my co-workers and my boss's. Love having nearly 2 weeks… Cons: Hard to get used to a manufacturing environment when I came from the corporate world. Very noisy and dirty place to work.… Advice to Senior Management: Most companies give you sick days/vacation days after 6 months. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
