I have been working at NTNU

Pros

- Excellent salary
- Very good work / life balance
- Competent in many research areas
- Independence when choosing research focus

Cons

- Sometimes rather low professional commitment from permanent researchers
- Supervision oftentimes too laid back, leading to little or no collaboration between group members

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Setup a list of goals for all researchers to be accomplished in a certain time frame
- Increase pressure on researchers to actively collaborate

    Pros

    Cons

I have no idea what to do whem I'm done. After getting a Phd, I don't know if NTNU will have a postdoc for me or if there is any money for reaerch at all
