“Good for a fresher”
Former Employee – worked at NTT DATA
Pros – As a fresher you get to do and learn a lot of technical stuff which you may not be able to do in a larger company. Most of the work is in J2EE.
Cons – You'll probably not find a future after certain years of working there. Can become monotonous after a certain point of time. Further work policy is strict.
