Current Employee – been working at NTT DATA full-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexibility,Learning,
Not bad regarding package wise,
Good Implementation projects
Cons – Few onsite opportunities.
Night shifts
Too much of work load
Very few big size projects
Advice to Senior Management – Provide onsite opportunities equally to all the employees
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
