Good Onsite oppurtunities
Promotion cycles are faster in initial stages

Cons

Salary and Hike are not upto the competitor levels but they are improving

    Pros

    NTT Data offers flexible work hours, good tuition reimbursement program, work health program, etc.. It is great company for young employees.

    Cons

    NTT Data does a lot of outsourcing work. Usually, clients control and lead most of the work. Less freedom for innovation and creativity.

    Give more flexibility of time and cost to tuition reimbursement program

    I have been working at NTT DATA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The company is good to start off your career as a fresher.

    Cons

    The growth is stagnant as you gain more experience. The compensation given to laterals is way too high when compared to that of employees who stick to the company.
    There is an onsite rotational policy just for namesake. In terms of recognition, there is just a one time award or employee incentive.

    There are no hikes or pay-scale revision based on the appraisal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retain your efficient employees by giving them benefits instead of hiring laterals for triple/double the pay-scale.
