Fast paced and energy-filled environment.
Cons
Intense, pressure-filled environment. Lack of organization and direction. Screaming is not uncommon in meetings.
Advice to Senior Management
Relinquish control to let employees be leaders. The most minor deicsions involve 10 individuals from Senior Team arguing over their opinions. Set priorities and direction for company that spans >1 month at a given time. Without sanity and organization good employees will be lost.
