Pros

Fast paced challenging place to work with lots of potential for the future

Cons

Lack of work life balance. Very few opportunities for career growth and advancement

Advice to Senior Management

Invest in growth and advancement of people. Encourage and train manager to invest time and effort into their people and give them more purposeful feedback.
