NVIDIA Senior ASIC Design Engineer in Santa Clara, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

It is an exciting place. Lots of innovative stuff happening. Fast paced, not averse to calculated risks.
Very open communication structure. You will get as much responsibility as you can handle or are willing to take. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to work hard and play hard!

Cons

work life balance is sometimes not so good

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work!

Looks like Nvidia has started to game these reviews: every time a negative review is posted a glowing one comes in shortly after. They have been known to do these things in many situations before.
