    Pros

NVIDIA does provide a high-tech environment for people that love technology. You will get to do some pretty interesting things.
Also, if you are a gamer, you get to see a lot of the behind the scenes in the industry and get advanced peeks at everything coming out.

    Cons

The Code of Ethics is just for show - we were asked to do some pretty questionable things while I was still there.
No-one on the management track gets to learn anything new - you are on your own.
Most senior management is grown in-house so they lack actual management skills. They just have a deep understanding of the domain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management mentoring program! You need better management.
