Senior QA Engineer (Current Employee)
Santa Clara, CA

ProsFlexible work hours, still a pretty good work culture, exciting products, dog friendly

Consno yearly bonuses. just recently instituted 401K match, underpaid compared to market value of Silicon Valley

Advice to Senior ManagementMake employees feel like they are important. Ditch the RSU compensation and give yearly bonuses much like many of the other Silicon Valley companies. Most ppl want instant gratification, but have to wait 3-4 years for stocks to vest.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
