Current Employee - Senior QA Engineer in Santa Clara, CA
Current Employee - Senior QA Engineer in Santa Clara, CA

I have been working at NVIDIA full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Flexible work hours, still a pretty good work culture, exciting products, dog friendly

Cons

no yearly bonuses. just recently instituted 401K match, underpaid compared to market value of Silicon Valley

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make employees feel like they are important. Ditch the RSU compensation and give yearly bonuses much like many of the other Silicon Valley companies. Most ppl want instant gratification, but have to wait 3-4 years for stocks to vest.
