* compensation is reasonable but not good enough, e.g. no 401K match.
* crappy cafe :(

If you are a real engineer working at NVIDIA, looks like you haven't worked anywhere else in another software company and don't have anything else to compare with. I was a "highly performing" engineer who no longer works there. Looking back, working at NVIDIA was a joke with no career growth.
