I worked at NVIDIA full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great people, great core tech, nice work environment. You will be surrounded by people who know and love graphics.

    Cons

Management practices leave a lot to be desired (herd theory of manpower), flawed business plan, too many directions at once. Design processes arcane, spaghetti-like, and poorly documented. Poor utilization of talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on the core business that has true ROI. revise and rethink what you are doing. Don't approach the world with, "hey, we got this great hammer, where are you nails?"
