I have been working at NVIDIA

Pros

good chance to learn from industry, smart people here, great working place. Ok, that all I am going to say.

Cons

don't have global R&D here. only testing. Working place is in Pudong, takes time to go to company from city.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Already a very good company to work in. No more advice, no more advice. Really no more, no more. no...

    I worked at NVIDIA

    Pros

    Very dynamic environment
    Great focus on execution
    Very talented workforce

    Cons

Very little focus on people management / leadership development
Infrastructure / Processes not consistent with current company scale and scope
    No respect for non-engineering areas

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What got you up to here won't scale you up to the desired state for the company. Be open to changing how you lead the company and encourage dialog on varying points of view.
