Current Employee – been working at NVIDIA
Pros – Proud to work for one of the best tech firms in the world. Very flexible work environment, brightest people, no unnecessary process or politics, and good compensation.
Cons – No PTO, no 401K matching but not a big deal for me.
Advice to Senior Management – Please bring PTO back. People don't understand why we don't have it. But overall you're doing great!
