I have been working at NVIDIA

Pros

Proud to work for one of the best tech firms in the world. Very flexible work environment, brightest people, no unnecessary process or politics, and good compensation.

Cons

No PTO, no 401K matching but not a big deal for me.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please bring PTO back. People don't understand why we don't have it. But overall you're doing great!

Lots of responsibility and autonomy to work on things YOU think are important.

    Cons

The software organizational structure is struggling with growing pains. There is some misalignment with the culture of some managers vs. the culture and perspective of the company as a whole.

Reduce complexity in the organization, and re-gain focus that made GeForce a success. Be more honest with what is and isn't competitive with NVIDIA products.
