stressful work place

Caseworker (Current Employee)

I have been working at NYC HRA

Prosget to help some decent people.
good benefits, health insurance, competitive pay.

ConsIt is a stressful place to work dealing with too many cases.
Bad supervisors sometimes that will take their stress and frustrations out on you.

Advice to Senior ManagementFire the lazy supervisors and workers who don't do their work then their work won't be left for others.
