Best education and medical care in NYC. On par benefits which gives full satisfaction as a full time employee. Convenient place to all public transportation in NYC.

I have been working at NYU Langone Medical Center full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Mission-driven, patient care focus, exceptional medical staff who are at the top of their field.

    Cons

Secretive and incompetent middle management, little-to-no growth opportunities, unnecessary politicking at all levels, zero mentorship, witch-hunting environment, constant mountains out of molehills hinders progress of projects, development of staff, and overall effectiveness.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue. Talk to your staff!!! Mentor junior staff instead of seeing them as a threat. Eliminate the internal silos so that you increase transparency. Treat people as you would want to be treated.
