    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of paying a select few professors and upper-level management outrageous salaries, 0% loans, loan forgiveness, and other perks, spread the love. Give better compensation to adjunct instructors, student employees, and lower loan rates/scholarships to starving students. This is supposed to be a non-profit organization, not a predatory one.
