    Pros

    flex time, tuition remission generous pto

    Cons

    Below avg pay for experienced staff. Excessive cronyism and favoritism. No room for advancement unless you are favored. Micro management through out all levels of authority.
    NYU has become the defacto "Land of No".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be prepared for heavy turnover when the economy improves.
