I worked at NYU (New York University)

Pros

NYU is a great place to work if you take advantage of the location and the University as a whole. Salaries aren't great but you can take classes for professional growth.

Cons

Career growth can be difficult.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep communication channel as open as possible so that employees don't feel that they are just a number.

I have been working at NYU (New York University)

    Pros

Education is free. Good amount of vacation days, and holidays.

    Cons

No Job growth. Top directors play favorites, so only the "pets" get promotions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire top managers that are competent and have no ties to employees at NYU, so there won't be any favoritism.
