“Overall Good”
Former Employee – worked at Nabors Industries full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Company pays every 2 weeks good benefits, 401K, work is scattered throughout US
Cons – Work is scattered throughout US you can be working in North Dakota and then be sent to Laredo TX. Communication between office and field employees is bad. Equipment is older and needs updating.
Advice to Senior Management – More communications with those providing service.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
