I have been working at Nalco full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Good People, Strong Technical Training and Support. If you want to work hard, Nalco will give you as much challenge as you can stand. But stay aware of work-life imbalance.

Cons

Employee Medical Costs climbing for over a decade, like most everyone else. But Ecolab CIGNA coverage much more expensive than previous Nalco BCBS.

I worked at Nalco as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Pretty good bunch of people. Good spirits. But this was headquarters.

    Cons

Salaries are low. They produce a treatment product, so this may never change. At the time, some furniture could use replacement. They have union people on staff out on sites. That may drag upon non union salaries?
