Pros – - Tries to follow its 5 core values: Passion, Pride, Courage, Integrity, and Family
- Staff are treated like family
- Flexible with time
- Company and management organise a lot of events, staff day or nights out
Cons – - Can get quite stressful environment during busy hours/days
Advice to Senior Management – Overall a really good place to work in terms of how the staff is treated
