    Pros

Cutting edge research and one of the youngest and fastest-moving universities in the world. World-class faculty and excellent facilities. Join NTU for wonderful career prospects.

    Cons

The location is located quite far from the city center and could be considered remote, especially if one is traveling from Changi airport on the opposite side of the country.

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    1) Slow working pace environment
    2) Good place to work in if you are looking to give birth or retiring
    3) low food expenses

    Cons

    1) Most faculty are hard to work with
    2) Bad place to start your career, increment is low
    3) unfair performance grading system, boss has to be top figure to possibly get good Performance Bonus.
    4) High Difficulty in leaving NTU after work using public transport

    Advice to Management

    1) Be transparent in the grading system to be fair for those working hard but who have bosses with low ranks/positions
    2) Annual increment should not be based on percentage. Should give lump sum for those with salaries < $5000
    3) Increase dental benefit. $50 per annual is simply not enough and pathetic.
