Flexible time and enviroment

Project Officier (Current Employee)
Singapore (Singapore)

ProsThe good thing is your time and working places are more or less flexible, that means, you can work at home if no meeting or compulsory requirement, but you need to have a good time and quality management, otherwise, you might always finding yourself catching up deadlines. The work is not stressful, but it's not easy also. You also feel the pressure.
You can build quite friendly relationship with colleagues here.
Welfare are fine, with over 2000 medical outpatient found and around 600 flexban points which you can use to buy air tickets or electronic stuffs.
Dining places are clean, fine and cheap. Shuttle bus and transportation services are fine.

ConsI can't see much career outlook.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome of the labs are using old fashion equipment, more financial investment on hardware are needed.
