    Very smart people, innovative research, excellent work life balance. Positive work environment. Opportunities for growth.

    The only drawback is that the institute's funding is tied to the state, so the budget can be tight at times.

    Good working conditions. Friendly atmosphere. Scientifically very good.

    Cons

    Location of this place is remote. With out personal car/auto it is very difficulty to reach there, particularly from NJ.
