Good vacation and flexible schedule with friendly co-workers. Nice ammenities.

Little room for advancement, infreqeuent raises, slightly unprofessional at times

    Pros

    Schedule your own time. You are your own boss. If you work hard you can make quite a bit of money.

    Cons

    commission work only. Lead costs can be expensive. A lot of money spent on travel costs. Competition between other agents can be an issue.

    Reduce Lead costs.

    Pros

    Dictate your own schedule, determine your own earning potential, help others, run your own business.

    Cons

    The leads aren't as good as advertised, there are a lot of expenses that affect your bottom line. Have to stay disciplined with your call schedules which can be tough when managing yourself.
