    Pros

THe people and travel to meetings if you are lucky enough to be one of the ones who gets to attend

    Cons

Understaffed and over worked and unappreciated

    Advice to Management

We wupport more than just employees, staff size should be considered on the 1,000,000 million members that also must be supported.

    Pros

Good benefits, supportive work environment, opportunity to learn and grow, very thorough job performance reviews

    Cons

Boring and dry, "The Office" style forced interaction

    Advice to Management

Be supportive of your employees. Set a good example with a positive attitude. It's got to be a tough environment over there with the current real estate market.
