I have been working at National Australia Bank

    Pros

Good work life balance and fairly good compensation, especially considerate of the fairly low level of expectation placed on you to maintain average performance.

    Cons

The organisation tends to settle for mediocrity through a pervasive tolerance of poor performance and performance appraisals that average to a mean.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more than lip service to "performance edge"
