I worked at National Australia Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Those recruited to the nab under their usual recruiting policy seemed to be all very similar with their values and beliefs. Therefore, everyone was easy to get along with. You must be honest, talkative and be sales person interested in speaking and meeting people.

    Cons

some cracks in the recruiting process which allows some - but very few - difficult staff to deal with. These people are friends one minute then only interested in advancing their career the next. Usually you will note that they are hiding flaws in their personality which lacks social intelligence. Working in retail as a women can be very difficult to get school holidays off....apply before all the others otherwise work in business bank

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In order to sell finance a member must be very social and know how to get on with others - should you see workers in the work place showing these behaviours keep encouraging them as they eventually will become your greatest asset.
