Lots of changes/outsourcing - very unsettling. Staffing appears not to be a priority

ProsChallenging environment . it is large enough to look for opportunities

ConsJob insecurity. Dont know one dayto another if my job will be outsourced to India.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to find out the real Engagement score. Have two separate scores. (1) for Whole of bank/Top Management and (2) for Own team/division. That way YOU will know what the staff are feeling about the bank/company
