Pros

Wide variety of work is available to staff who want to have the challenge of different roles in different cities in Australia.

Cons

Salary does not move from when you start at the company even when you are promoted.
Latest initiative for high performing teams made participation in bonus scheme harder and less attainable than in previous years.

    Pros

    tHE BEST WORKING ENVIRONMENT, STAFF BENEFITS ARE GOOD, REMUNERATION GOOD, MORALE IS SATISFACTORY.

    Cons

    Career progression is slow because management's policies which sometimes are unsatisfactory,
    managers and officers in higher position sometimes disregard the actual performance of staff rather than, rely on supervisor's annual appraisal reports.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Eliminate discriminatory policies, eliminate also the mid-year and annual staff performance reports.
