I have been working at National Bank of Greece full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Stable working environment, company culture tolerates normal working hours (8 hour work), very nice health plan.

    Cons

Constantly minimizing various benefits during the last years (2010-2014), strong bureaucratic structure, not merit-based promotions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask inferiors what they really want to do and reassign them to such positions. "Shuffle the deck" and you will see wonders.
