Pros

respect from superiors, good work-life balance, dependable employer, good working climate

Cons

less than average opportunities for advancement, few educational possibilites (funded by the company), very little room for innovation and/or initiative

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make room for innovation coming from the lower management levels, capitalise on the strengths of the existing workforce by giving more career opportunities and especially by utilising the skills and competences in the most suitable manner.
