    Decent pay, variety of shifts

    Cons

    No support from management, passengers have no respect for drivers because they no drivers don't get any support from the company, unrealistic times are given to drivers to complete there journeys at peak times so the bus will always be late, I could go on but simply I wouldn't reccomend this job to any of my friends. If you don't have the ability to just switch off and drive then don't consider it but even then you can still end up in the office with this company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get back behind the wheel for a few days (that's if you've even drove a bus) and see what your drivers have to put up with & make some changes, for such a big name your company image is awful because it's seen as a cowboy outfit which doesn't deserve any respect from the public it serves. My window was smashed and In my report i gave the name of the person who caused the damage but was this followed up or was I even asked about it... No because the company couldnt care less. Speedo stops working but they will still ask you to keep driving, this company really is something else
