I worked at National Express Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy routes, nice regulars, good bunch of people generally and the driver's helpline does actually work!

    Cons

Some of the regulations with tickets suck and I didnt agree with them.
Highly obsessed with appearance of the drivers and come down hard if you are not 'up to spec'

I have been working at National Express Group as a contractor for more than 8 years

    Pros

My office window is the windscreen on my coach, no matter what time of day or what the weather is like I am very lucky.

    Cons

awkward customers, traffic jams and coach breakdowns are the things that I dread the most.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please remember that without the coach drivers the would be no National Express, so start to look after us and treat us with the respect we deserve, not treat us like we are no bodies
