    Some good things, some not so good.

    I worked at National Guard full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros: Steady pay, insurance, college benefits, paid training, retirement. Cons: Very political at upper echelons. Incompetency seems to run rampant through much of the senior leadership. The Guard still runs on good… Advice to Senior Management: There are too many senior officers in the AGR program at the state level and at NGB. Get… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
