Training was horrible and Underpaid

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Fort Worth, TX

I worked at National HME

ProsGreat to help people in there time of need.

ConsI dis-liked the way they train, they need a better solution on how to train future employees. Especially the ones that work the night shift. They expect you to do alot for very little pay also. There is so much you have to learn and when you do get on the floor it can be VERY intimidating. I really wanted to like working here ,but it wasn't what I expected.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
