An excellent place to start your career. Top-notch executive leadership.

Hardware Engineer (Former Employee) Austin, TX

Pros-Loads of responsibility bestowed upon you early on
-Comfortable company culture with lower stress level than other tech companies
-Highly communicative, ethical, and open senior management
-Access to lots of internal training and employee development courses
-A company that thinks of layoffs as a last resort, rather than a first option
-Nice perks at the Austin office like on-site Doctor, 3 cafeterias, sand volleyball courts, and serene nature-surrounded campus

Cons-Financial compensation is on the low end
-Performance bonus is based on company performance, not personal performance.
