Pros

Working with advanced technology and a lot of really talented engineers. Company culture facilitates open communication and innovation. Its a stable business that still grows and provides opportunities.

Cons

It is a great place to start and launch a career. After 5-8 years there is no clear career path to continue building on. Management has a goal to address that though.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep closer eye on your most productive / talented folks and do your best to not only hire them but keep them after 5 years.
