Pros

They focus on their employees and try to make it a place you want to go to everyday.

Cons

Big gaps between departments. Some departments are not run well. Good old boy mentality.

    Friendly, laid back environment with highly knowledgable people to mentor you.

    Cons

    Hard to find places to move up depending on the group you are in. I wish there was more opportunity for non engineering advancement.
