Pros

Company is very visionary and does a good job of instilling corporate pride
Transparent management
Young vibrant culture
Good health benefits

Cons

Prides themselves on hiring the best and brightest but pays average to less than average
Many of the best employees leave after 5 years for better opportunities

Advice to Senior Management

If you are truly hiring the best and the brightest, pay accordingly or otherwise admit you are hiring average people
