    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Emphasis should not only be placed with the application engineer or field sales engineer, but also the ISEs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Local IT management should more master on interpersonal management skills if they want to operate effectively in today’s interconnected workplace. Please communicate with the employees before tell the decision. Employees get frustrated if decisions kick off without informing. Management should dedicate more times to employees. Local management not good enough in handling emotion. Management should learn how to appreciate employee's hard work and there is no recognition. Last, Salary package should be adjusted at least par with those well known MNC companies in Penang. Please DO NOT think you are offering very good salary package.
