Pros – The culture, the people, and an awesome learning environment. Company has a play hard - work hard attitude toward its employees - it's awesome here.
Cons – Austin Traffic. Austin Hippies, Austin? It is a young town, can be difficult to find activities if you have small children, or if you don't have a dog...
Advice to Senior Management – none really, I like working here and management is good about communicating to it's employees. It does a great job of finding the best people to work with - don't change a thing
