I have been working at National Instruments full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Work-Life balance, and relaxed culture is a great trait for this company.

Cons

Aim to hire the best and the brightest, but pays average salaries.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There's great talent inside the company for key leadership roles that are seriously overlooked. Watch out for status-quo management, and lack of leadership training for engineers that seek managerial track roles.
