Current Employee – been working at National Oilwell Varco full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – This company offers great benefits and a decent salary. Plenty of room to grow and locations are world-wide.
Cons – Depending on what division you work for the salary can vary. Salary increases are based on promotions (sometimes) but rarely on merit.
Advice to Senior Management – Yearly reviews should include some type of salary increase.
