Management needs some restructuring, good old boy attitude needs to outsourced and new way to thinking should replace current business practice. Office politics at its worse, racism, crude, vulgar language need to be eradicated. Antiquated applications need to hit the door as well.

Restructure management, good old boy attitude needs to go out the door or they will lose any opportunity for new growth and keep new blood from staying until they can find a better employer. They need to move into this century with current business practices. Reward and institute reviews for employees.
