Pros

This is a pretty good place to work. Good team atmosphere. A lot of knowledgeable people to work with. Good chances for advancement.

Cons

Communication from upper management would be nice. Letting lower management gets their jobs down with lower interference would be great. Could support employees more.

Advice to Senior Management

Shouldn't layoff employees when lower management begs to keep them. Also not when they have a giant war chest and you want to increase market share with a hiccup in the market.
